HDFC Life records profit after tax of Rs451 crore

The Board of Directors of HDFC Life have approved the audited standalone and reviewed consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020. It has registered 50% growth in individual protection annualised premium equivalent (APE), 24% growth in renewal premium, 24.3% new business margin on the back of balanced product mix, profit after tax of Rs 451 crore with a growth of 6% and healthy solvency ratio at 190%.
