Mumbai, October 15, 2025: Neysa, India’s first AI Acceleration Cloud System provider, has announced a strategic partnership with GreyLabs AI, a GenAI-powered Speech Analytics platform built for the BFSI sector. Together, they aim to analyse 100% of voice interactions in banking, insurance, and financial services, transforming customer engagement, compliance, and operational efficiency at scale. The collaboration comes at a time when GreyLabs has launched its flagship Voice AI Agents platform built to help BFSI enterprises automate and optimize customer conversations with real-time intelligence and response. The company recently raised Rs 85 crores in a Series A funding round led by Elevation Capital, with participation from existing investor Z47 and several angel investors. This investment and product expansion further strengthen GreyLabs’ ability to scale its BFSI-focused solutions through Neysa’s AI-native infrastructure.

In India, over 90% of customer interactions in BFSI still happen over voice calls. Globally, 61% of consumers still prefer voice over any other channel. Yet most institutions manually audit less than 0.5% of calls, missing critical insights, revenue opportunities, and compliance gaps.

The Neysa-GreyLabs AI partnership directly addresses this gap, combining GreyLabs AI’s BFSI-specialised speech analytics with Neysa’s secure, high-performance AI cloud infrastructure hosted entirely within India. The joint solution enables BFSI organisations to: • Monitor 100% of calls for compliance, sentiment, and agent performance • Extract actionable intelligence to improve conversion rates and reduce customer churn • Deploy at scale with enterprise-grade security and regulatory compliance adherence Mr. Sharad Sanghi, Co-founder & CEO of Neysa said, “Voice has been BFSI’s most powerful but most underused channel. This partnership changes that. Together with GreyLabs AI, we’re giving financial institutions the ability to transform every conversation into measurable business value, securely, at scale, and with insights that were invisible before.” Commenting on the partnership, Aman Goel, Co-founder & CEO of GreyLabs AI said, “Theindustry doesn’t just need to record conversations, it needs intelligent systems that listen, learn, and act. With Neysa’s AI-native infrastructure, BFSI enterprises can now scale our Voice AI faster, deploy it securely, and unlock the kind of operational impact that moves the needle.” GreyLabs AI’s platform goes beyond transcription, it provides real-time agent guidance, predictive lead conversion insights, and AI-generated winning sales scripts. For BFSI leaders, this means shifting from reactive QA to proactive, insight-led engagement that boosts both top-line growth and operational efficiency.

By integrating GreyLabs AI’s domain-specific models into NeysaVelocis, financial institutions can run speech analytics, AI inference, and compliance checks entirely within Indian data boundaries, meeting RBI, SEBI, and IRDA norms. This architecture ensures: • Regulatory compliance by design • Elastic scalability to handle call volume spikes • Modular integration with existing contact centre and CRM systems Neysa’s ecosystem strategy is centered on partnering with best-in-class innovators like GreyLabs AI to solve industry-specific problems. Earlier this year, Neysa partnered with DSW to launch Insurance Cloud. This BFSI alliance is the next milestone in building an AI adoption flywheel, where partners, customers, and technology work in concert to deliver faster time-to-value.
