For the residential projects, the company has planned an investment of ₹450 crores. Approximately ₹300 crores will be allocated to Notan Tides and ₹150 crores to Notan DC. The projects will be funded through a mix of equity and internal accruals. Both developments have received the requisite regulatory approvals, with completion and handover expected within 30 months.
