PEDA, Petronet LNG in pact for compressed biogas projects
CHANDIGARH: Punjab Energy Development Agency (PEDA) has signed an MoU with Petronet LNG Ltd for setting up paddy straw-based compressed biogas projects. In the first phase, it will set up two projects each of 12-tonne capacity per day in Amritsar and Bathinda districts, said PEDA CEO Navjot Pal Singh Randhawa. TNS

ICICI Bank reduces home loan rate to 6.70%
ICICI Bank on Friday cut interest rate on home loans to 6.70%, at par with market leader SBI, as part of a limited period offer. The second largest private sector lender said the interest rate offering, which is valid till March 31, is the lowest in a decade. PTI
