Jaipur: Rajasthan Renewable Energy Corporation Ltd (RRECL) and NTPC on Thursday signed a pact to develop a mega 925 MW solar park at Nokh in Jaisalmer district by October 2021 with an investment of Rs 4,000 crore. NTPC’s executive director Mohit Bhargav said they were willing to develop an ultra mega solar park and floating solar projects in Rajasthan. Rajasthan Energy Minister Dr BD Kalla said the state would develop green energy cities across the state and planned to install rooftop solar system of 300 MW in next five years. — OC
