The CBI today filed a chargesheet in a special Mumbai court in connection with an alleged Yes Bank fraud case worth Rs 1,700 crore.

The chargesheet has named Rana Kapoor, the then MD & CEO of Yes Bank, his wife Bindu Rana Kapoor, promoter of Avantha Group Gautam Thapar, M/s Avantha Realty Ltd and M/s Bliss Abode Pvt Ltd as accused persons and entities. — TNS
