Thirty-five enthusiastic young golfers, including seven girls and boys in the age group of four to seven years, attended a 10-day-long junior golf summer camp that concluded at Chandigarh Golf Club (CGC) today.

Conducted under the guidance of coaches Mahesh Kumar, Saaniya Sharma and Tavleen Batra, the camp focused on introducing children to the fundamentals of golf while nurturing discipline, focus and a love for the sport.

The highlight of the camp was a friendly competition held on the final day, where the golfers showcased their newly developed skills. Winners were recognised and awarded.

The Chandigarh Golf Club is planning to make this event an annual affair in summer and winter seasons.
