12 complaints received at Samadhan camp

To be held regularly at Panchkula MC office on all working days

A Samadhan camp was organised today at the Municipal Corporation office here under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Yash Garg. Twelve complaints were put before officials by residents. Two complaints were resolved on the spot.

Additional DC and MC Commissioner Sachin Gupta said complaints related to property ID, vending zone, family identity card and horticulture department were received at the camp.

He said of the five complaints related to property ID were received, those of Rangi Ram, a resident of Mittewala village, and Mayank Sharma, a resident of Sector 1, were settled on the spot. Instructions were given to the officials concerned to resolve other complaints soon.

The MC Commissioner said three complaints were related to the vending zone, while two pertained to family identity card.

One complaint each was related to the Horticulture Department and the Kalka MC. Instructions have been issued to send all complaints to the officials concerned for resolution.
