Manpreet Singh of Phase 10 said, “There has been erratic power supply for the past several months. No one picks up the phone at PSPCL to address the complaint.”

Irate residents said there was no staff at night to fix technical snags. It was at 6 am that PSPCL staff began looking for the fault. “First, they said there was an issue with one of the jumpers. Later, they said the transformer was having an issue. Power outage has become a routine affair,” said Amanpreet Singh of Phase 9.
