“Today with the team of administrative and PWD officials, these flats were visited to check the status and PWD officials were asked to check all the requisitions as per the demand of government houses,” she added.

The PWD team comprised of civil and electrical wing officials besides the officials from water supply and sanitation.

The DC said a demand has been sought from the district officials and employees to consider their applications as per house allotment norms. Apart from the district officials, some of the flats would also be allotted by the Department of General Administration to the state officers.
