A 17-year-old boy reportedly committed suicide by hanging at his house in Sector 41 here today. No suicide note was found from the spot.

The victim, a native of Himachal Pradesh, was staying here with his two elder sisters. He was taking coaching for non-medical from a private institute. “His sisters had an appointment with a doctor. On returning home, they found the door bolted from inside,” said a cop.

The victim’s body was later found hanging inside the house, following which the police were informed. — TNS
