19 new Covid-19 cases in Chandigarh and no deaths

Chandigarh, June 24
Chandigarh on Thursday reported 19 new cases of Covid-19 to take the total tally to 61,542.
There are 247 active cases of the virus in the city.
A total of 42 patients were discharged in the last 24 hours, including persons from home isolation who have completed 10 days and are asymptomatic, as per Ministry of Health guidelines, taking the total number of recovered people to 60,488.
No new deaths were reported in the city on Thursday while the death toll is 807.
The number of samples tested in the last 24 hours is 1,687 while the total number of samples tested so far is 5,57,472.
