Thieves stole Rs 2.77 lakh from the locker of a clothing shop at the Elante mall after the store was closed.

Store manager Honey Sharma reported that after the store was closed on November 25, someone entered the shop without breaking the locks and stole cash kept in the locker.

The theft came to light the next morning. The CCTV captured one person entering the store, while another waiting outside. Police sources said one of the suspects had been identified. He earlier worked in another store at the mall.

The police have been registered a case.
