The police nabbed them based on a tip-off that said the individuals were in the Hallo Majra area and might have weapons with them. The police nabbed them, and recovered kamanidar knives from them. The police said Pankaj is a scrap dealer at Hallo Majra, with several cases of Arms Act, Excise Act and theft registered against him since 2009 and Vinod is a labourer and has been involved in several cases since 2013. Both suspects were produced in court and sent to judicial custody.
