The Mohali administration has cancelled the licences of two firms, Soft Tech Education Services, Kharar, and Stark Global Consultants, Kharar, under Section 6(1)(e) of the Punjab Travel Professionals Regulation Act, 2012.

The action was taken due to non-renewal of licenses, non-submission of reports, closure of offices, and non-compliance with statutory provisions. Additional Deputy Commissioner Geetika Singh clarified that any future complaints will make them personally liable for consequences and compensation.
