An informative session on ‘Women’s health–swastha aurat, swastha samaj’ was organised by the Women’s Cell of the Dev Samaj College for Women, Sector 45-B.

The session was conducted by Shikha Sardana of Chaitanya Hospital, Chandigarh, who apprised the students of various aspects of a healthy lifestyle.

During the session, she gave them valuable information about preventive measures, including healthy habits, regular check-ups and vaccination. She made them aware of the importance of various diagnostic tests such as mammography and pap smear. Around 200 students attended the session. Dr Ila Rathor, convener of the Women Cell, thanked Dr Sardana for the session.
