Mohali, June 23

Some unidentified persons attacked three youths near the Phase 3B1 market here this evening.

According to sources, the incident took place near the house of the Mohali SSP.

A PCR vehicle reached the spot after getting information. The injured persons were shifted to the Civil Hospital, Phase 6, here.

A passerby said a group of around 10-15 persons attacked the victims with weapons.

Inspector Rajiv Kumar, Station House Officer of the Mataur police station, said: “We have not yet received any information about the attack.”

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
