A blood donation camp was organised at Modern Ways Model School, Sector 29C, Chandigarh, in collaboration with Smile Forever.

It was the 350th blood donation camp organised by Smile Forever.

Thirty-seven units of blood was collected during the camp held in association the with Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research. The blood thus collected will be used to support patients undergoing treatment at PGI.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
