ASI Rajesh Kumar from the anti-human trafficking unit said, “We received information that four children are staying at a childcare institution in Naraingarh following which we started the counselling and got information about their families.”

Rajesh said, “Two brothers (aged 8 and 10 years) were missing from Uttarakhand since October 5 last year. They had left their house after their father scolded them once. A 12-year-old boy left his house just for an outing, but went missing from Uttarakhand on December 15. On the other hand, a 10-year-old boy went missing from Uttar Pradesh on November 15 last year after he left his house to meet his father who works in a factory in Panipat.”

He said the kids were found at the Ambala Cantt railway station and were shifted to the childcare institution in Naraingarh.
