Chandigarh, December 11

Chandigarh today reported 92 fresh Covid cases, taking the count to 18,502, while one more death pushed the toll to 299.

The city has 838 active Covid-19 cases now. A total of 134 patients recovered from the infection, taking the number of cured persons to 17,365. — TNS

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
