The Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB) has invited e-bids for the sale of 98 residential as well as commercial properties in the city.

The bids have been invited for 17 residential units on a freehold basis and 81 commercial properties on a leasehold basis.

A two-bedroom flat in Sector-51 has been put up for auction with a reserve price of Rs 92.78 lakh. Also, there are either EWS category flats or category-4 flats in Mani Majra on the offer. Eightyone shops in different areas will also be auctioned. The commercial units offered on a leasehold basis can be inspected every Wednesday and residential units every Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm. Aspirants can submit their bids online till January 15 by 10 am and the auction will be held the same day.

The built-up dwelling units would be allotted to the highest eligible bidder, quoting above the reserve price of the unit, and GST would not be applicable on the consideration/premium of the unit.

To submit e-bids, prospective bidders are required to register at https://etenders.chd.nic.in. A valid e-mail ID, mobile number and digital signature are a prerequisite to participate in the e-tender process.
