The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Monday reconstituted the executive committee of Chandigarh unit of party.

The party convenor, Prem Garg, said that the total strength of the executive committee would be 51 members, consisting of volunteers from all walks of life and representing all areas and sections of the city.

Vikram Pundir, organising secretary, said that all ward in-charges should also be ex-officio members of the executive committee. Vijay Pal Singh, retired Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) from the Chandigarh Police, has been nominated as secretary of the party.
