Chandigarh, December 11

GHG Khalsa College, Gurusar Sadhar (Ludhiana), recorded a 3-0 win over the Panjab University Campus in the PU Inter-College Football (women) Tournament.

Pooja, Shipa and Ekamjor scored a goal each for the Ludhiana team.

In another match, MCM DAV College, Sector 36, posted a 1-0 win over Post Graduate Government College, Sector 11. Anjali scored the lone scoring goal for the side.

On Sunday, Post Graduate Government College, Sector 11, will play against GHG Khalsa College, while MCM eves will take on Panjab University Campus.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
