Chandigarh: The six-week mobile app development and digital marketing course, which started on January 16, at GGDSD College, Kheri Gurna, in collaboration with iTinker was successfully completed on Friday. Ashish Jain of iTinker said the objective of the programme was to enhance entrepreneurial and employability skills of college students. The first batch of 18 students was divided into three groups of six students each. Each group developed an app, which would be available on the Playstore. Maj Gen (retd) AK Shori, chairman, appreciated the unique and progressive initiative taken by the college, which was a step forward towards the vision shared by the college management to make the institution unique and different.
