Nirmal Datt, chairman of the federation, stated that the sector committees of the federation held an emergency meeting today. After deliberations, a fresh plea was sent to the Administrator to restrain the CHB from summarily shelving a practical proposal, but directing the Board afresh to evaluate the Delhi solution thoroughly by restarting the meetings of the existing need-based committee. — TNS
