Aprav clocked 11:62 seconds to win the 100m race of boys’ U-17 category during the annual athletics meet of the UT Education Department, at the Sector 7 Sports Complex. Ashish Kumar (11:88s) and Aarush (11:99s) claimed second and third position.

In the 800m race, Abhimanyu claimed the first position in 2.09:15s (2 minutes, 09:15 seconds), followed by Danish (2.18:10s) and Arjun Yadav (2.18:43s). Naunihal Rana (11.74m) claimed the shot put gold medal, while Shivam Chauhan (10.80m) and N Singh Rana (10.67m) finished at second and third spot. In the boys’ U-14 shot put event, Anhadbir Singh (9.76m), Ekam Singh (8.78m) and Vikas Kumar (8.60m) claimed the top three positions.

In the 800m event of the boys’ U-19 age group, Vikshit (2.09:88s), Bhuwan (2.10:97s) and Sachin Khatkar (2.12:15s) won medals, and in the 100m sprint, Simerjeet Singh (11:89s), Jagroop Singh (11:96s) and Harmoor Singh (12:01s) claimed top three podium positions. Anurag Yadav (12:51s), Abhay Singh (13:03s) and Gaurav (13:07s) won medals in the 100m event of the boys’ U-1 category.
