Ashwajit Senjam of Manipur stunned top seed Srivastava Pushkal of Maharashtra in straight sets 6-3 6-3 to qualify for the boys’ U-18 main draw, during the ongoing CLTA-AITA Championship Series (CS-7) Tennis Tournament here today.

Anish Sharma defeated Anant Gupta 6-4 7-5, Yashasvi Balhara defeated Sangram Bhadury 6-2 6-1, Abhinav Sangra subdued Dhrumit Patel 6-4 6-2, Jasraj Jagdev outplayed Param Sidana 6-1 6-0, Akhil Mattaparthi ousted Kalash Kumar 6-0 6-1, Devvert Kadian prevailed over Armaan Pujara 6-2 6-1 and Janish won from Arnav 6-2 6-2.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
