Army Wives Welfare Association (AWWA) marked the 58th year of its establishment at Chandimandir Military Station by organising several social events.

A medical and health check-up camp for families and elders to screen them for metabolic diseases, diabetes, anaemia, breast cancer and bone mineral density, entrepreneur exhibition on a range of products made by military families and a workshop on sales and marketing through social media were among the events organised.

Shuchi Katiyar, regional president, AWWA, also felicitated 10 war widows on the occasion.
