Barwala Industrial Estate: HSIIDC to hold e-auction of commercial plots

Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) has invited applications for the e-auction of commercial plots at Barwala Industrial Estate.

The last date for registration is February 15, and the e-auction is tentatively slated to be held on February 23. The estate manager at HSIIDC Barwala, Yogesh Kaushik, said the process of selling commercial plots through e-auction in Industrial Estate Barwala Phase-I has begun, and those interested in being part of it may register themselves on the HSIIDC Portal (https://hsiidc.bidx.in) until February 15.

He said the e-auction is part of the efforts being made to increase commercial activities in Barwala Industrial Estate. He added the HSIIDC is offering 450 sq m plots, with a reserve price of Rs 70,950 per sq m, in the e-auction.

Kaushik said shops, factories, outlet offices, banks, private offices, shopping malls or any other business establishment can be set up on these plots. He added that three-storey commercial buildings may also be constructed there.
