The roughly six-minute audio, which surfaced on Friday, came days after an earlier message from Brar and soon after a call recording between Bishnoi and Parry went viral, revealing pointed threats issued by Bishnoi shortly before the murder.
In his new audio clip, Brar opens with a warning to Bishnoi, claiming the latter “has signed his own death warrant” by orchestrating Parry’s killing. The message details what Brar describes as “misunderstandings” within the gang world, particularly over who is responsible for the killing of Bishnoi gang financier Jora Sidhu, alias Sippa, in Dubai, an incident that appears to lie at the heart of the rift.
Brar’s audio seeks to exonerate a man, Vikramjit Singh, alias Vicky Tehla, whom Lawrence has allegedly marked for revenge. Brar insists Vicky had “absolutely no involvement” in Sippa’s death. He explains that Sippa, after fleeing India, stayed in Dubai with a man named Mani, originally from Canada and a college friend of Vicky. According to Brar, Vicky merely warned Mani that sheltering Sippa was risky because he “behaved like a police informer”. Brar alleges that Mani may have passed this warning on to Sippa, who then reported it to Bishnoi. After Sippa was killed, Bishnoi reportedly concluded that Vicky had provided intelligence that facilitated the hit, a claim Brar denies.
The new message also references the viral call between Bishnoi and Parry. Brar says Parry had recorded the conversation himself and forwarded it to Vicky because the two to three-minute segment pertained to him. In the recording, Bishnoi is heard speaking menacingly, referencing Vicky, while Parry appears uneasy but unaware of the danger he personally faced.
Brar accuses Bishnoi of exploiting trust to lure victims, claiming Parry was deceived into meeting the men who later killed him.
Police investigations have indicated that an earlier attempt on Parry’s life was made on the same day the call took place. Brar alleges that Parry was told to visit Sector 10 or Sector 26 to receive a phone for a further conversation, adding that the man who handed him the device remained beside him and then shot him in the abdomen.
The audio directly challenges Bishnoi’s methods, contrasting them with what Brar calls his own ‘code’, that killings are carried out only when justified. Warning that “nature will decide your fate”, Brar tells Lawrence to “run wherever you like”.
The release of the second voice note marks a sharp escalation in the ongoing feud between Brar and Bishnoi.
