Tribune News ServiceChandigarh, March 27BJYM today burnt the effigy of Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh to protest against the attack on BJP MLA from Abohar Arun Narang at Malout.

The protest was held at transport light point in sector 26. There was also heated arguments between cops snd young leaders over permission. But, later they burnt the effigy.

BJYM State General Secretary Ganesh Jha demanded strict action be taken against the guilty persons. He said the Law and Order situation in Punjab is continuously deteriorating under the present Congress Government in the state.

Others present on the occasion were MC councillor Dalip Sharma, Raj Kishore, Ganesh Jha, Ankur Rana, Kamal Sharma, Shanu Dubey, Robin Rana, Pankaj Sanduja, Pankaj Rawat, Anant Chaudhary, Aditya Sharma, Prageet Bhardwaj and others.
