Bus operators told to ensure halt at Kurali

The directions come in the backdrop of complaints from the passengers

The Mohali administration has directed the Group General Manager, Depot Manager, Punjab Roadways and Punbus, to issue instructions to its staff to halt the public transport buses at Kurali bus stand.

The directions come in the backdrop of complaints from the passengers that, currently, the buses do not stop in Kurali, leaving them hassled.

“If a complaint is received in the future, action would be taken against the personnel concerned,” said DC Komal Mittal.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
