Civil Defence volunteers, who were enrolled in Chandigarh after the Operation Sindoor, will also be part of the parade.

The programme will showcase vibrant cultural performances by students from various schools, reflecting the rich heritage and diversity of India.

The police have implemented a comprehensive security plan, including strategic traffic diversions, public advisories and enhanced deployment to manage anticipated crowds and ensure a smooth conduct of the event.
