Punjab Governor and UT Administrator Gulab Chand Kataria lauded the unbreakable spirit of patients and the dedication of caregivers at the Chandigarh Spinal Rehab Centre in Sector 28 here on Friday.

Accompanied by Trustees and Governing Board members, including LC Gupta, CFO of Punjab Kings, and Madhvi Kataria, State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, the Administrator interacted with patients and staff at the centre. Commending the team’s efforts, he remarked, “You don’t just provide treatment — you instil dignity and self-respect.” He acknowledged the relentless work of Founder and CEO Nicky P Kaur, calling her initiative both noble and rare.
