Chandigarh golfer Sunny felicitated

Chandigarh, March 9

Chandigarh Golf Association (CGA) today felicitated city golfer Sunny, who recently won the Samarveer Sahi Golf Championship. The felicitation ceremony was held at the Chandigarh Golf Range.

President Vivek Vahi along with executive member of the association awarded golf equipment to Sunny. He was also sanctioned two buckets of golf balls for practice whenever he visits the range.

The association also promised to help him manage his travel expenses whenever he participates in an IGU categorised golf tournament, said a CGA spokesperson.

The spokesperson further said the association had also nominated Sunny for coaching during the Albatross Golf Tour to be conducted by International Junior Golf Academy (IJGA) coach Manuel Bermudez and Patrick O’Toole, director, Admissions & Business Development, IJGA, at the Chandigarh Golf Range in the last week of this month.
