With a spurt in Covid-19 cases, the MC has restarted its sanitisation drive in the city. The corporation is using seven automatic sanitisation sprinklers to sanitise public places and places from where cases are reported. “We have formed 24 teams and six of these are on a standby. Each team comprises two-three members. We are covering public places and places from where requests for sanitisation are being received,” said Dr Amrit Warring, MC Medical Officer of Health. — TNS
