Chandigarh recorded 182 new Covid-19 cases, five deaths

Chandigarh, May 30

Chandigarh recorded 182 new Covid-19 cases and five deaths, a new health bulletin from the Chandigarh Administration said on Sunday.

The UT now has 2,134 active cases. The bulletins said 3,262 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours.

Chandigarh’s fatality count now stands at 745.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
