Chandigarh reported seven new Covid-19 cases over the last 24 hours, a bulletin from the administration said.

Active cases now stand at 42, with an average positivity rate of 0.31 per cent over seven days. The UT’s fatality count is 811. The bulletin said 2,039 samples have been tested over the last 24 hours.

The UT recorded 10 recoveries.

Meanwhile, 7,29,822 people have received at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine. Of that number, 2,38,107 are fully vaccinated, the bulletin showed.
