The city on Tuesday reported six cases of Covid-19. There was no death due to the virus, while five patients were cured of the disease. — TNS

Mohali district also reports six cases

Mohali: Six new cases, two each from Gharuan and Kharar and one each from Dhakoli and Dera Bassi, were reported from the district on Wednesday. Two patients recovered from the virus in the past 24 hours. Of the 68,954 positive cases reported from the district so far, 67,840 patients have recovered. There are now 42 active cases. The toll stands at 1,072. — TNS

Five fresh cases surface in Panchkula

Panchkula: The district on Wednesday reported five fresh coronavirus cases, taking the overall tally to 30,837. The toll remained at 379. While 30,432 people have recovered from the disease so far, 26 cases are still active. The recovery rate stands at 98.68 per cent. — TNS
