The city on Monday recorded 67 cases of Covid-19 and one death due to the contagion. The coronavirus tally now stands at 17,409 and the toll at 277. A 54-year-old man from Sector 37 died of Covid at the PGI. He was suffering from kidney and chronic liver disease as well.

The city now has 1,062 active cases, while 16,070 patients have been cured, including 144 recoveries on Monday. —TNS
