Cultural function, performances and magic and puppet shows marked the concluding day of the two-day Teej Mahotsav at Shivalik Garden, Mani Majra, today.

Mayor Sarbjit Kaur and all women councillors of the MC were the chief guests during the Punjabi cultural evening where singer Resham Singh Anmol enthralled the audience. MC Commissioner Anindita Mitra was the guest of honour. Darshna, area councilor, was the chief guest at the cultural programme in the morning.

The concluding day of the event saw Ghumar, Haryanavi and Punjabi dance performances, a show by famous magician Pardeep Kumar and a puppet show by artists from New Delhi. The venue had selfie points on ‘Pind Di Nuhar’, ‘I Love Chandigarh’ and ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ themes.
