Reckless driving in the hills has landed a 25-year-old Chandigarh resident in legal trouble after he rammed his motorcycle into a parked car near Kumarhatti and fled the scene.

The incident came to light when Ram Sagar, a hotelier from Kumarhatti, lodged a complaint at the Dharampur police station.

He reported that on the morning of June 15, around 7.45 am, his staff informed him that a motorcycle had crashed into his car, which was parked alongside the road, leaving it badly damaged. However, when the staff rushed to the spot, the offending vehicle was nowhere to be found.
