Jindal brings nearly two decades of extensive experience within CII, having joined the organisation in 2006. Over the years, she has played a pivotal role in driving major strategic initiatives, beginning her career in the Central Trade Fairs division. There, she was instrumental in organising some of India’s most prominent trade exhibitions, including Auto Expo, IMME, and IREE, along with international showcases such as Enterprise India, aimed at boosting India’s global trade engagement.

Prior to her current role, she led a strategic partnership with NITI Aayog focused on digitally enabling Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) across the country—a key initiative for enhancing competitiveness and productivity in the sector.

Commenting on her new role, Jindal said, “The Northern Region stands as a vital economic engine for the country. I look forward to working closely with state governments, industry stakeholders, and the central leadership to advance CII’s mission of promoting inclusive and sustainable growth.”

Jindal succeeds Prashant AN, who previously served as the Regional Director for CII Northern Region.
