The Congress on Monday appointed four new spokespersons of its city unit. Former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand and incharge of Punjab and Chandigarh Harish Rawat appointed them with the approval of Chandigarh Congress president Subhash Chawla. Harmohinder Singh Lucky is the chief spokesperson for the party’s city unit while councillors Gurbax Rawat, Satish Kainth and former Youth Congress president Harmail Kesri are spokespersons. — TNS
