City hoopsters Amrendra Nayak, Deepak and Prachi Bhatia have been selected by the Basketball Federation of India (BFI) for the U-16 national coaching camp, which commenced at Jayprakash Narayan National Youth Centre in Bengaluru on Wednesday.

The eight-day camp for boys and girls is being held to prepare the teams for the FIBA (International Basketball Federation) Under-16 Asian Men’s and Women’s Championships, scheduled to be held from April 5-12 in Lebanon.

While Amrendra Nayak and Deepak are students of Gurukul Global School, Prachi Bhatia studies at Vivek High School.
