Local judoka Mili Gunjiyal won gold medal and Harshit bagged bronze in the 54th KVS National Meet held in Noida. Mili of KV School, Sector 31, won the top position in the -57 weight category of the girls’ U-17 age group. She had earlier won gold in the U-14 SGFI School Games 2024 and four god medals in the previous editions of the same meet.

Harshit from the same school won bronze in the -66kg category of the boys’ U-17 age group. Both judokas are trained by coach Vivek Thakur at the Sector 34 Sports Complex.
