In the recently concluded 44th Junior National & seventh Inter-State Challenger National Rowing Championships, 2024, held at the Army Node, Pune, rowers of Chandigarh Rowing Association claimed medals.

Jaspal Singh won a silver medal in single scull challenger by clocking 7.35.9s. Manish Yadev got second position in repechage by clocking 8.14.05s in the junior men’s single scull. Balwant Singh, Abhishek, Aman and Manpreet Singh got second position in Repechage clocking 7.11.01s in the junior men’s coxless four (JM4-).

Janvi Sood, Yakshi, Ayushi and Sanjana got third position in repechage by clocking 8:40.6 in the junior women coxless four (JW4-), while Jaspal Singh got silver medal in the final by clocking 7.35.9s in the challenger men’s single scull (CM1X). Pardeep Shakya and Shubham Gehlawat won second position in repechage by clocking 7.38.6s in challenger men double scull.
