A student of MCM DAV College, Sector 36, Ishroop (19), has won silver at the Junior Asian Judo Championship held in Jakarta, Indonesia. She has now been selected to represent India at the World Judo Championship 2025 in Lima, Peru.

Ishroop has been consistently excelling at both international and national levels. Some of her notable achievements include winning gold at the Asian Cup 2025 (Taipei), being crowned national champion at the 38th National Games (Uttarakhand) and Senior National Judo Championship; and bronze at the Junior Asian Judo Championship 2024 (Korea).
