A flight between Hisar and Chandigarh will start from Chandigarh international airport in Mohali on June 9. It will operate on every Monday and Friday with a 72-seat aircraft. Officials said ticket booking has commenced with one-way fare of around Rs 1,700.

The flight will depart from Chandigarh international airport in Mohali at 3:20 pm and arrive at Maharaja Agrasen Airport in Hisar at 4:30 pm. The departure from Hisar is at 4:55 pm and arrival in Mohali at 5:55 pm.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
