In a bid to enhance public safety and security, the police will establish a state-of-the-art modern police beat box.

The initiative, being executed in collaboration with Amari Hills, a real estate development at Miapur Changer, New Chandigarh, was inaugurated by DIG Ropar Range Harcharan Singh Bhullar and SSP Deepak Pareek.

Bhullar said the initiative will prove to be very helpful, and more such booths will be set up in the future. “Through the initiative, Mohali will be developed as a model district where the security system will be further strengthened,” he further added.
